WPM Maintenance Request

To ensure we maintain efficient maintenance request records that will enable us to address your issue promptly, please fill out and submit the Maintenance Request form below. Note: We will address non-emergency requests during our regular business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. M-F).

Dire Emergencies

Contact 911 in situations that involve urgent threats to the life or health of an individual in the home, or to the property.

Other Emergencies:

  • Sewage seeping into the home
  • Broken water pipes
  • Heating unit failure during temperatures below 40 degrees

Important Tenant Information

If a tenant contacts a repair or service person on his or her own, the tenant shall be responsible for paying the service bill, without reimbursement from WPM.

Costs to repair property damages caused by abuse or by the misuse of property components by a tenant will be charged to the tenant. (For example, a toy thrown through a window, a toy, or other “un-flushable” item put into a toilet.)

In some situations, we may suggest that you make an appointment with a contractor. In the event that the contractor arrives at the property and a tenant who is not 18 years or older is not available when the contractor arrives, the contractor shall not enter the property.  The trip charge for that appointment will be charged to the tenant.

In turn, we will contact you as soon as possible to clarify the issue, verify submission of the form, and get your verbal consent to begin working on the issue. Please Note: Receipt of this submission form does not obligate WPM to perform a repair that is not required under current State/Local laws governing Landlord – Tenant responsibilities. Additionally, by entering your name and submitting this form you authorize WPM and its affiliated contractors to begin processing this maintenance request.
